Type of Prize / Award: Merit award for Outstanding Service to the SAUA. An illuminated address and medallion.
How judged: The award will be judged by the SAUA Executive Committee using the following criteria:
- For outstanding services and value in furthering the interests of Urology in South Africa
- A Member of SAUA considered worthy by their colleagues
- Nominations by SAUA members to the EXCO
- Each nomination shall be signed by two members and submitted with a CV and a motivation
- EXCO has the power to accept or reject the Nomination without supplying reasons
